Puto Cheese with Milk

Ingredients:

3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
2 pcs. whole eggs
1/2 cup evap milk
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 bar butter
1/2 box food cheese

Procedure:

1. Cream the butter, add sugar alternately with eggs.
2. Add sifted flour gradually alternately with coco milk and evaporated milk.
3. Line muffin molder with paper cups and fill mixture.
4. Steam for 20 minutes

Siakoy

Ingredients:

1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 pc. egg slighlty beaten
1 tsp dough softener
3/4 cup sugar
3 cup all purpose flour

Procedure:


1. Dissolve yeat in 1/2 cup lukewarm water add 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar, set aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

2. Mix 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 pc. egg slightly beaten.
3. Add 3 cup sifted all purpose flour, knead until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 1 hr.
Pinch out into tiny portion to pinisi.
4. Deep fry until golden brown . Roll into refine sugar
