Binangkal (sesame balls )

Ingredients:

3 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 pcs. egg yolk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon oil
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 sesame seeds

Procedure:

1. Mix all purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar.
2. Make a well at the center add egg yolk, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
3. Form a ball and dredge to sesame seed. Deep fry in moderate heat until golden brown.
Drain in a colander line with absorbent paper.
